Catherine Paquet is a member of our civil and commercial litigation team. She joined the BCF team as a student in 2019 and completed her articling in 2021. Her practice focuses primarily on construction and insurance law, including civil, contractual and professional liability.

Since joining the firm, Catherine has been involved in various complex technical cases involving several professionals.

Coming from an agricultural background and having participated in the creation and development of a company operating in the agri-food sector, Catherine has a deep understanding of the issues and particularities of this industry.

During her university studies, Catherine was a student researcher for two judges of the Superior Court of Quebec and a research assistant for the Legal Research Chair in Food Diversity and Security.

Catherine stands out for her dedication, her thoroughness and her analytical mind.
