Catherine Lamarche is the Director of Legal Operations in our Litigation and Business Law departments, and plays a strategic role in optimizing processes, managing performance, and developing operational practices.

Known for her organized approach and strong organizational skills, Catherine acts as a true business partner to lawyers and managers. She stands out for her ability to rally stakeholders around common goals, facilitate change, and implement sustainable practices that promote performance and operational excellence.

Before joining BCF, Catherine worked as a lawyer for national companies, where she developed a keen understanding of complex environments in a high-volume context. Based in Montréal, she works closely with management and in-house teams, supporting the growth, innovation, and evolution of legal services.
