Catherine Gaudreau

Catherine Gaudreau is a member of the Civil and Commercial Litigation Group in our Québec City office. As such, she is actively involved in construction law and shareholder disputes. Her practice also focuses on the enforcement of security interests.

Having joined our firm as a student in 2022, she completed her articling in 2024, before officially joining as a lawyer.

Before joining BCF, Catherine worked for several years as a paralegal in a boutique law firm. This experience enabled her to perfect her knowledge of civil litigation and corporate law, as well as to develop her drafting, research and analytical skills. She puts this diversified experience to good use by providing our clients with a comprehensive understanding of the cases and issues they present to her.

Passionate, ambitious and determined, Catherine has stood out throughout her school years by receiving several awards in recognition of her commitment to sport and culture, as well as her excellent academic results, including the Davies Ward, Philips & Vineberg Award for the best combined results after the first year of undergraduate studies in 2021 and the Faculty of Law's Roll of Honour in 2023. She remains actively involved in the community, serving on the Board of Directors of the Fondation des Petits Chanteurs de Charlesbourg.
