Carolyn Picard is Chief People Officer at BCF. In this role, she leads the firm's strategies for talent management, professional development, overall remuneration, organizational development and culture. People are at the heart of everything she does.

With over twenty-five years of diverse experience in human resources and law, Carolyn began her career as a lawyer with a national law firm and went on to lead the labour and employment team at Bombardier for over ten years. For the past seven years, she has been Vice-President of Human Resources at PSP Investments.
