Bennett Ingvoldstad is a licensed patent attorney in the United States and practices as a consultant at BCF in U.S. patent prosecution and post-grant proceedings. His experience as a law firm attorney, former startup counsel, and patent examiner at the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) gives him a broad understanding of patent strategy. 

Bennett has worked in a wide variety of technical areas within the computer and electrical arts, including telecommunications, mobile phones and their applications, machine learning systems, search systems, blockchain systems, and electrical components. He enjoys learning about new hardware and software technologies.

Bennett currently lives in Washington, D.C., where he is available for in-person visits to the USPTO.
