Ariane Legault is a lawyer in our Montréal office’s Labour and Employment Group, where she focuses on all areas of employment law and labour relations. She assists local and national companies in managing their legal issues, intervening in labour relations, employment, health and safety and collective bargaining matters.

A graduate of the cooperative program at Université de Sherbrooke, Ariane holds a Bachelor of Civil Law (LL.B.) and a Master of Business Administration (MBA). During her studies, she completed a co-op placement in finance as an intern analyst in an investment bank, and also interned with a judge of the Municipal Court of Montréal. Ariane also took part in a six-month student exchange at Université Grenoble Alpes, in France, where she deepened her knowledge of comparative law.

Since joining BCF in 2021, Ariane has distinguished herself by her proactive approach, her thoroughness and her ability to listen, offering our clients solutions tailored to their business issues and employer needs. Her ability to quickly grasp the dynamics of labour relations, combined with her creativity in developing legal solutions, make her a valuable partner in achieving corporate objectives in a constantly evolving environment.
