Anthony Cloutier practices commercial litigation in our Québec City office. He is called upon to intervene in complex and varied disputes involving construction law, civil liability and product liability. His strong analytical skills and ability to synthesize information enable him to formulate practical and judicious advice that effectively meets his clients' legal needs.

Anthony also has experience in corporate governance. He has acted as counsel in ethical and professional matters involving certain directors.

Before embarking on his career as a lawyer, Anthony took advantage of a number of enriching experiences that are now useful to his practice. In particular, he interned at the Quebec National Assembly as a student page, which gave him an insight into the workings of Quebec's parliamentary institutions. He also worked as a general insurance agent for an insurance company, developing an in-depth knowledge of contractual clauses in this field and a keen sense of customer service. Finally, he worked as a law student in a litigation department, where he acquired skills in the protection of privacy and personal information.

During his university career, Anthony distinguished himself by the excellence of his results, which earned him a place on the Roll of Honour of the Faculty of Law at Université Laval. At the same time, as a research assistant in the law of obligations, he helped update a reference work on contract law and civil liability in Quebec.

A keen sports fan, Anthony is also a director of the Club de soccer Lévis-Est. He is actively involved with Jeunes Philanthropes du Québec, an organization that introduces young people to philanthropy.
