Alexis Fafard

Alexis Fafard is a lawyer in BCF’s Business Law and Corporate Finance group in Montreal. His practice focuses on securities, mergers and acquisitions, corporate law, and corporate governance. He advises a diverse clientele of growing businesses, established corporations, and investors on matters relating to business structuring, commercial transactions, and financing.

Prior to joining BCF, Alexis practised business law at a national law firm, where he worked on significant mandates involving various aspects of business law. There, he developed a rigorous, strategic, and results-driven approach, which he now applies to support our clients in their development and value-creation projects.

In addition to his legal studies, Alexis holds a bachelor’s degree in political science (international relations) from the Université du Québec à Montréal, which enabled him to develop a strong understanding of the cross-border, economic, and institutional issues facing our clients.
