Aleksandra Gracia is a seasoned Intellectual Property lawyer who joined BCF in the fall of 2023. She brings with her extensive experience in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology and MedTech industries.

Aleksandra's practice focuses on intellectual property strategy and patent prosecution across the life sciences realm. She also provides counsel on topics related to IP portfolio management, litigation, dispute resolution, and regulatory affairs. Leveraging a comprehensive understanding of biochemistry, microbiology, and immunology, she integrates scientific insight with a strategic business perspective to effectively serve her clients in the field.

Prior to joining BCF, Aleksandra practised at an international law firm and at a large national intellectual property firm.
