Key Decisions and Legislative Developments in Labour and Employment Law
9:10 a.m.
Which decisions and legislative developments have truly shaped the past year?
This panel will provide a strategic overview of key jurisprudential and legislative developments, both at the provincial and federal levels, along with a practical perspective on their implications for employers.
Our professionals will analyze emerging trends and highlight the concrete lessons organizations can integrate into their practices.
Psychological and Sexual Harassment: Challenges and Employer Obligations
Psychological and Sexual Harassment: Challenges and Employer Obligations
10:00 a.m.
How can employers navigate situations where decisions recognizing psychological injuries related to work are not always consistent? How should they respond when the same situation leads both to a claim for a workplace injury and a complaint of psychological harassment?
In a context where employer obligations regarding the prevention of psychosocial risks continue to evolve, these questions have become central for organizations.
This panel will address, among other topics:
• the strategic management of multiple claims arising from the same situation
• the evolving prevention obligations for employers
• the implications of identifying psychosocial risks: a pitfall or a lever for employers?
• the role of designated persons in implementing harassment prevention and complaint-handling policies
Our professionals will share practical insights and concrete guidance to help employers anticipate risks, structure their approaches, and manage these issues with rigor and confidence.

How are these transformations reshaping management practices and the employee experience? What legal, organizational and human challenges must employers anticipate in this new work environment?
This impact conference will offer a forward-looking perspective on these changes and their concrete impacts in the workplace.
