Welcoming and Onboarding Program
During your first summer, you take part in a welcoming and onboarding program designed to provide you with practical knowledge and skills that help you learn the profession and become part of the firm. The welcoming and onboarding program lasts two weeks.
Trial and Transaction Simulation
As part of your student experience, you will take part in a trial simulation and a business law transaction simulation. These activities will enable you to familiarize yourself with the realities of litigation and business law practice. You will be coached and mentored by professionals from the firm. As part of a team, you will be asked to put together a complete case and plead it before a judge as well as going through the main stages of a transaction.
Professional Guidance Program
Our professional guidance program for summer and articling students will help you feel part of our firm. As a summer student, you will be paired with a tutor and a member of our professional development team. Once sworn in, you will have a coach to help you progress in your career.
Community involvement
Your leadership extends beyond the business community. The social responsibility of our firm and our members includes pro bono legal services, environmental awareness and community involvement.
Sport and well-being
Since we believe that a healthy mind requires a healthy body, we encourage extracurricular activities. Our Human Resources Department is committed to your well-being and provides yoga classes, a running club and group challenges that promote teamwork. BCF Campus Training
The Campus BCF training program covers several categories of training offered to our professionals on a bi-monthly basis. They may cover recent developments, practical workshops or even workshops designed to hone your business acumen.
