This second edition covers all the steps involved in setting up a real estate project, from its design to its realisation, including urban planning and environmental audits, financial contributions. It covers project monitoring, as well as the responsibilities for each of the developers, the city the regional county municipality, the bankers, insurers and sureties, the engineers and builders.

Mr. Joseph-André Roy, who co-signed the book’s first edition, was unable to participate in this second edition due to his reserve duty as an administrative judge at the Commission municipale du Québec.
