BCF Appointed Canada’s Exclusive Representative to the Unifab College of Experts

Working for more than 140 years to defend and promote intellectual property rights, the Union des Fabricants (Unifab) is the French anti-counterfeiting association.

It brings together 200 member companies from all sectors of activity, united around a shared mission: preserving the authentic and fighting against counterfeiting. Its members include renowned companies such as the LVMH group, Burberry, Peugeot, Nike, Chanel, Dior, Hermès, and several others.

With the help of its legal and institutional partners, Unifab has created a college of experts where intellectual property professionals meet to discuss and consolidate their expertise around current common issues, both nationally and internationally.

BCF Business Law is proud to announce that it has been selected by Unifab as the exclusive law firm to represent Canada to its members and partners. BCF will thus be able to contribute to the fight against counterfeiting and reach out to the business and legal communities sensitive to this cause.
