BCF at the Heart of the Place Fleur de Lys Shopping Centre Acquisition in Québec City

The BCF team is proud to have participated in this important real estate transaction.

Place Fleur de Lys is one of the largest shopping centres in the Québec City region, occupying a 2.5-million-square-foot-area. Trudel Alliance s.e.c., a Québec-based real estate company, recently purchased it with the goals of promoting Place Fleur de Lys and participating in the development of the neighbouring and rapidly transforming area.

Trudel Alliance s.e.c.’s founders intend to make major investments in order to improve not only the customer experience but also to optimize the potential this complex offers. To do so, they will be consulting both Place Fleur de Lys’ shopkeepers and citizens to identify strategic changes they can make to this large building complex.

Le Soleil, Journal de Québec and Radio-Canada (in french) also reported on this great news.

Professionals Éric Amyot, Frédéric Dorion, Claudia Parent, Laurence Pépin, Odette Nadon, Laurent Roy, Pierre Pratte and Johanne Ouellet from the Québec City and Montréal offices, represented the interests of Trudel Alliance s.e.c. in this transaction. BCF is proud to have supported this visionary Québec-based company in a significant transaction for Québec City’s economy.
