A $700 million project at the height of its ambitions
These two impressive twin towers will be built in the heart of Montreal's Quartier des spectacles as part of a bold $700 million real estate project named Maestria and led by developer Devimco.
Built on the grounds of the former Spectrum, the 51 and 53-story towers will be the tallest in the city and will house no less than 1500 condo properties and rental units. This visionary development ranks alongside Devimco Immobilier's other well-known residential projects, most notably responsible for the rebirth of the Griffintown neighborhood.
