Camille Rivard is a lawyer in the Taxation Group in Montreal. She joined BCF as a law student in the summer of 2021. A graduate of McGill University and HEC Montréal, she completed her articling at the Quebec Bar in July 2024 and has since pursued her career as a lawyer.
During her studies, Camille was heavily involved in her faculty, notably as a volunteer supervisor at the Legal Information Clinic at McGill, as well as a student ambassador. She also served as a teaching assistant to the Honourable Shaun Finn.
Acted on behalf of PayFacto Payments Inc. a leading provider of payment solutions and point-of-sale technologies, in an equity investment led by private equity firm Flexpoint Ford and BMO Partners to accelerate PayFacto's growth.
