Alex is a member of the Taxation Group at BCF Avocats d'affaires. In this capacity, she optimizes the tax situation of entrepreneurs at every stage of their professional and personal development. Her practice focuses on corporate reorganizations, business transfers (particularly from family businesses to a new generation), directors' and officers' compensation, and the retention and profit-sharing of key employees.

She also works with the Wealth Protection team on estate planning. Her experience in commercial law also enables her to provide tax advice on merger and acquisition transactions.

She plays an active role within BCF as a member of the recruitment committee, where she is involved in hiring, mentoring and training our students and interns. She is also co-chair of BCF's Diversity and Inclusion Club, helping to raise awareness, educate and train on issues of equity, diversity and inclusion. As co-chair, she also sits on the Social Responsibility Committee, which oversees BCF's environmental, sustainable development and social initiatives.
