RBQ Resumes Investigation into Armoires PMM

Our construction law associate, Éric Thibaudeau, discussed and clarified the case in an interview with La Facture.

Jean-Noël Lacroix is a Quebec contractor known for his disputes with the Régie du bâtiment du Québec (RBQ). In 2022, the RBQ revoked his company’s license due to dubious practices, including using frontmen and unlicensed contractors. Lacroix was also accused of pressure selling and threatening customers and facing several complaints about poor business practices. However, the company still seems to serve customers.

During this interview for the La Facture TV show, Éric Thibaudeau, our partner specializing in construction law, discusses Armoires PMM's actions, highlighting the legal risks and consequences of its practices.
