Fourgons Transit Acquired by Morgan Truck Body

Morgan Truck Body, LLC expands its production network with the acquisition of Les Fourgons Transit Inc, bringing its total number of North American manufacturing facilities to 14.

Morgan Truck Body, an industry leader, strengthened its position by acquiring Fourgons Transit, renowned for its high-quality truck bodies since 1978. This move creates a powerhouse in the market.

The Laval facility of Transit, with over 120,000 square feet of space, symbolizes manufacturing excellence. This acquisition will allow Fourgons Transit to benefit in return from Morgan Truck Body’s manufacturing expertise, resources, and quality service.

Morgan Truck Body, LLC employs over 2,700 people and has 13 manufacturing facilities and 8 service centers in the United States and Canada.
