Xiao Wen Zhang

Xiao Wen Zhang is a lawyer admitted to the Barreau du Québec and the Law Society of Ontario and practices in the firm’s Business Law sector. She advises a diverse clientele on mergers and acquisitions, business start-ups, corporate reorganizations, as well as a variety of corporate and commercial matters, working collaboratively with clients and colleagues to deliver rigorous, strategic and practical legal solutions at each stage of their projects.

Xiao is also actively involved in the community. She currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Young Chinese Professionals Association (YCPA) as Vice‑President, and on the Board of Directors of the Federation of Asian Canadian Lawyers – Québec Chapter, where she acts as Secretary.

Prior to beginning her legal career, Xiao completed a bachelor’s degree in civil law and a Juris Doctor in common law at the Université de Montréal.
