Tania Boulanger

Tania has over 20 years of experience in securities and capital markets. She advises issuers, dealers, investment funds, asset managers, and a broad range of stakeholders across various industries.

Trilingual, she advises companies on corporate governance and regulatory compliance, particularly with respect to registration and obligations applicable to the investment fund and asset management sectors. She also works with Canadian clients on corporate finance transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and securities matters. More specifically, she provides advice on public offerings, stock exchange listings, plans of arrangement, mergers, and exempt distributions.

Prior to joining BCF, Tania worked for several years at the Autorité des marchés financiers (AMF). This experience, combined with her deep expertise, enables her to bring a well-informed and practical perspective to her clients.
