Sara Korhani

After graduating from McGill University and the Université de Sherbrooke, Sara was called to the Barreau du Québec in 2013 and joined our firm's Civil and Commercial Litigation group in 2023.

Sara's practice focuses on banking litigation, restructuring, bankruptcy and insolvency law, as well as civil and commercial litigation. She acts on behalf of creditors, debtors, trustees, financial institutions, stakeholders and SMEs in complex and highly contested matters before various courts in the Province of Québec, both at trial and on appeal.

Thanks to her in-depth understanding of complex legal concepts, Sara regularly draws on her knowledge to ensure that her clients receive tailored advice and representation on a wide range of legal issues, including mortgage remedies, seizures before judgment and claims, and injunctions.
