Roxanne Dupuis is a lawyer in the Real Estate and Real Estate Financing practice groups at BCF’s Montreal office. A member of the Barreau du Québec since 2013, she focuses her practice on commercial and transactional real estate law.
She supports her clients at every stage of their projects, particularly in the context of commercial real estate financing as well as the purchase and sale of commercial, industrial, and multi-residential properties. She also advises on the structuring of partnerships and real estate financing, acting with both financial institutions and private lenders.
Roxanne advises a diverse client base including chartered banks, institutional and private lenders, investors, and real estate developers. Recognized for her dedication, proactive approach, and attention to detail, she delivers practical, effective solutions tailored to her clients’ needs.
She holds a Juris Doctor in North American common law from Université de Montréal, as well as a Master’s degree in taxation from Université de Sherbrooke.
