A partner in a large law firm as of 1978, Pierre Dozois joined BCF in 1997 to lead its commercial law practice and to co-head the firm's Securities Group. Having the benefit of more than 40 years of experience in several business law fields, his current practice is mainly focused on mergers and acquisitions and on public and private financing.

Pierre likes to think of his practice as not being limited simply to law. He also acts as an advisor to the management of many of the firm's clients.

Born in Montreal in 1946, Pierre completed his studies at Collège Stanislas de Montréal, the Faculty of Law of Université de Montréal and Harvard Business School.
