Nicolas Choueri is an associate in the Labour and Employment Law group of our Montréal office and practices in all areas of this domain, including labour relations.

Nicolas holds a Bachelor's degree in Civil Law (LL.B.) and a Specialized Graduate Diploma in Common Law and Transnational Law (J.D.) from the Université de Sherbrooke. The excellence of his academic record earned him a mention in the Dean's List of his faculty in both 2019 and 2020.

While in university, Nicolas was involved as a volunteer with Pro Bono Students Canada. He was also a member of the founding Executive Board of the Constitutional and Political Law Committee of the Université de Sherbrooke's Faculty of Law. In addition, Nicolas participated as a mooter in the Laskin (a pan-Canadian moot court competition).

Prior to joining BCF, Nicolas worked as articling law student in a large national office. Nicolas also held a number of positions within political parties, both at the provincial and federal levels. A sports enthusiast, Nicolas is a game analyst as well for a team of the Québec U18 AAA Development Hockey League.
