Milaine Brisebois

With over 17 years of experience in organizational transformation, labor relations, and talent management, Milaine Brisebois has worked within complex, fast-growing organizations, notably at Ubisoft and Cirque du Soleil, where she contributed to major transformations both in Quebec and internationally.

 

At BCF, Milaine serves as Chief of Staff for the Quebec City office, where she supports the Quebec City office Managing Partner and the executive team in implementing the office’s strategy, ensuring it aligns with BCF’s overall strategy and translates into concrete, measurable, and inspiring actions. She also oversees the Talent & Culture department for the Quebec City office.
