Maxime Blanchard

Maxime joined BCF's Civil and Commercial Litigation group in 2018.

Since the beginning of his career, Maxime has successfully completed all stages of the legal process. He has had the opportunity to plead various cases at both trial and appeal levels. He has also played an active role in a number of major insurance and competition class actions.

Maxime is also involved in major construction and real estate cases.

As a strategic advisor, Maxime assists and guides his clients, both institutional and private, in debt recovery and the enforcement of mortgage guarantees.
