Leo Vladovsky

Leo Vladovsky is a lawyer in BCF’s Business Law group in Montréal. His practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, both on a national and cross-border basis. He advises businesses at all stages of their growth and development, including corporate structuring and reorganizations, the drafting of shareholder agreements, and transactions involving the purchase or sale of shares or assets. He also regularly assists clients with the drafting and negotiation of commercial agreements and advises them on a broad range of corporate and commercial law matters.

Recognized for the quality of his drafting, he is committed to developing a thorough understanding of his clients’ business objectives in order to deliver practical and tailored legal solutions. He has a particular interest in the healthcare, sports and entertainment industries, where he advises a variety of businesses on both regulatory matters and the negotiation and drafting of complex commercial agreements.

Leo holds a law degree from the University of Montréal, where his outstanding academic performance earned him a place on the Dean’s Honour List of the Faculty of Law.
