Kristina Pellerin-Stonier

Kristina Pellerin-Stonier is a member of BCF’s Commercial Litigation and Class Action Defence groups in Montréal. Called to the Québec Bar in 2020, her practice focuses primarily on commercial litigation and arbitration, with a particular focus on shareholder disputes and post-transactional litigation.

Kristina also advises companies and their governing bodies on a broad range of corporate governance matters.

Recognized for her strategic judgment and her ability to develop solutions tailored to her clients’ business realities, Kristina represents clients at every stage of a dispute, both before trial and appellate courts and through private dispute resolution processes.

Committed to the development of the next generation of legal professionals, Kristina is actively involved in the recruitment, training, and mentorship of students, articling students and junior lawyers, contributing to the transmission of knowledge and the culture of excellence within the firm.

Kristina is fully bilingual and practises fluently in both English and French.
