Kim Ledoux

Kim Ledoux is a lawyer in the business law practice group at our Montréal office. She assists clients ranging from institutional and private investment funds to private companies and corporations with their growth, reorganization, and governance initiatives, and is known for her expertise in advising on mergers and acquisitions. Kim is involved in every stage of the transactional process, from due diligence to drafting and reviewing contracts.

Meticulous, team-oriented and solution-focused, Kim can quickly identify legal and commercial issues specific to each case. She supports clients throughout their mergers and acquisitions, paying close attention to their business goals and the key aspects of the transaction. Prior to joining BCF, Kim was a lawyer in the business law group of a major, world-renowned law firm.
