Jean-François Bienjonetti’s experience and diligence make him a solid and reassuring asset for managing complex and long-term civil, banking and commercial litigation cases. His impressive track record demonstrates his expertise in the financial, construction and consulting engineering sectors, as well as in civil liability and class actions.

Recognized in the legal profession for his enthusiasm and passion, Jean-François has successfully participated in some of Quebec's most important class action suits. He and his team received the Prix d’excellence de Monde Juridique for their exceptional work representing the Autorité des marchés financiers in the 2011 Norbourg class action suit. He also acted as senior counsel for SNC-Lavalin in the high-profile pyrite trial in Trois-Rivières. 

Over the years, Jean-François has also represented several financial institutions in a variety of litigations regarding the seizure of property. He also has particular expertise in fraud-related matters involving financial institutions. Always game for a challenge, he instigated the debate around lawsuits filed in Quebec in 2009, acting as counsel for the Association québécoise de lutte contre la pollution atmosphérique (AQLPA).
