Geneviève McLean

Geneviève McLean has joined our litigation team in 2013, after working in a private practice.

She has developed an innovative and pragmatic approach in dealing with various restructuring and insolvency matters, as well as secured lending, liquidation of security interests and financing.

Beyond her legal skills, Geneviève is also able to handle multiple requests and take on significant responsibilities, as well as being a team player.

Geneviève stands out for her highly developed ability to research in various databases and in legal writing.

She is also responsible for seizures and judgment enforcement procedures, as well as making many interventions before the courts. Finally, her graduate studies in ethics and deontology led her to act as a teaching assistant at Université Laval, where she was involved in several research projects within the Faculty of Law.
