Francis Wagner

Francis Wagner has been a member of the Chambre des notaires du Québec since 2019 and joined the BCF team in November 2024.

Practising business law in the areas of commercial and corporate law, mergers and acquisitions and bank financing at our Québec City office, Francis is a business notary. He assists his corporate clients at every stage of their operations, from incorporation to dissolution. This includes the sale of shares or assets, corporate reorganizations and the structuring of financing transactions with various financial institutions.
