Fatme Saleh is a Labour and Employment Law team member with over 14 years' experience in both private and public practice.
Driven by her passion for labour and employment law, including occupational health and safety, Fatme has represented public bodies and organizations as a litigator, particularly in the health network, and as a prosecutor in penal matters for the CNESST.
Fatme regularly appears before common law courts and administrative tribunals, including the Tribunal administratif du travail.
Having also completed the North American Common Law programme at the Université de Montréal, she has acquired a broader and sharper legal perspective.
