Fannie Tremblay

Fannie Tremblay is a partner in BCF’s real estate law team, where she assists owners, managers, developers, borrowers, and lenders in major real estate transactions, including the sale and acquisition of commercial properties, complex development projects, joint ventures, real estate financing, and matters involving the leasing of commercial assets and construction law.

Her professional background, which combines private practice with working for a major Québec real estate developer, allows her to tackle each file with a deep understanding of the strategic and operational challenges her clients face.

Recognized for her thoroughness, strategic acumen, and collaborative approach, Fannie assists her clients in transactions requiring close coordination among multiple stakeholders and a deep understanding of commercial issues. She works in various sectors, including telecommunications infrastructure, luxury retail, aerospace, technology, venture capital, and senior living. She has participated in numerous large-scale transactions, including significant investments, acquisitions, debt financing, and equity investments, as well as major real estate projects involving complex structures. Her work has been recognized by Chambers Canada and The Best Lawyers in Canada, which identified her as a lawyer to watch in their 2026 editions.

Before joining BCF, Fannie began her career at a major national law firm and then continued her career on the legal team of a national real estate developer. This diverse experience gives her a deep understanding of the operational and strategic realities inherent to the real estate industry.
