Dominique Brassard is a lawyer in BCF’s Tax Group. She advises businesses on international and corporate tax matters, with a particular focus on the technical aspects of cross-border mergers and acquisitions, internal reorganizations, and tax planning for multinational enterprises.
With several years of experience at a large accounting firm, Dominique has developed in-depth expertise in analyzing and managing complex domestic and international tax issues faced by businesses of all sizes.
In parallel with her practice, Dominique teaches Taxation and Decision-Making in the Master of Taxation program at the Université de Sherbrooke.
