Claude Gravel

Admitted to the Québec Bar in 1984, Claude Gravel has dedicated his professional practice to serving Québec employers in the areas of labor law and pension plans. Initially in the Québec City metropolitan area, where he practiced for nearly 20 years, he continued his professional activities in Montréal within national and international law firms before founding Gravel2 Avocats Inc., a boutique firm serving exclusively employers in the industrial, institutional, public, and parapublic sectors.

In 2025, BCF Business Lawyers acquired Gravel2 Avocats Inc., and since then, Claude has continued his professional practice there, focusing mainly on the major issues associated with the negotiation of collective agreement and crisis management.

Over the years, he has been called upon to represent numerous companies in the steel, transportation, and construction sectors, as well as within Québec’s manufacturing industry.

He has also developed a particular expertise in the public and parapublic sectors, particularly in policing, construction, childcare services, and healthcare agreements.

Claude is renowned for his business acumen, creativity, and positive leadership. He mobilizes resources towards the achievement of clear and pragmatic objectives in an increasingly complex social and economic universe.

As a speaker, Claude also comments on current events related to his areas of expertise in addition to taking a particular interest in the use of artificial intelligence.
