Charlotte Legault-Bélanger

Charlotte Legault-Bélanger is part of our litigation group, and focuses her practice on environmental and municipal law. She works on cases involving, among other things, the enforcement and challenge of municipal regulations, sanctions or orders issued by the Ministry of the Environment, and matters requiring specialized and multidisciplinary expertise. Her thorough and collaborative approach allows her to assist clients in managing often complex cases involving multiple stakeholders and government agencies.

Before joining BCF, Charlotte spent four years working in government relations. Through this experience, she developed a deep understanding of decision-making, regulatory, and administrative processes, particularly regarding environmental permits, infrastructure, and relations with public agencies. In private practice, she has advised and assisted clients in obtaining permits and authorizations for their projects and acted on their behalf before courts and administrative bodies when necessary.
