Carolyne Poirier is the Director of Legal Talent within the Human Resources group at BCF. She works closely with various legal departments as an HR business partner and plays a key role in the development and training of legal professionals.
Carolyne brings close to 14 years of experience gained at PSP Investments, where she held several significant HR positions, including Senior Manager of HR Business Partnerships. Known for her strategic approach, her empathy, and her collaborative spirit, she has successfully supported leaders, contributed to talent development, and helped implement transformative initiatives.
