Anastasia Chernoskutova

Anastasia Chernoskutova practices primarily in administrative, municipal, and environmental litigation. Recognized for her rigor, attention to detail, and the quality of her analyses, she approaches each case methodically and with a constant focus on effectively contributing to the development of legal strategies tailored to the issues at hand. Before joining BCF, Anastasia completed her bar internship at a major national law firm. During her university studies, she also completed an internship with a judge of the Court of Québec, an experience that helped develop her legal reasoning and her understanding of the courts’ decision-making process.
