Alexandra Quenneville joined BCF in July 2026 as a notary in the real estate practice group. She focuses primarily on reviewing and analyzing real estate titles, drawing on her experience in municipal law gained while serving as a city clerk.

A member of the Chambre des notaires du Québec since 2022, Alexandra assists her clients in analyzing complex real estate cases with thoroughness and pragmatism. Her multidisciplinary background allows her to deeply understand the legal, administrative, and operational issues related to the real estate sector. Known for her attention to detail and analytical mind, she stands out for her ability to find practical solutions while navigating the intricacies of real estate law with ease.

When she’s not working, Alexandra is passionate about endurance and ultra-endurance sports. As a dedicated triathlete, she embodies the discipline, perseverance, and resilience that also define her professional approach and her commitment to her clients.
