Roseline Ouellette is an experienced lawyer practising with the Montreal Commercial Litigation group. Roseline’s primary practice area is civil and commercial litigation. She represents clients in various litigation matters, including shareholder disputes, employment disputes, defamation, and contractual disputes, such as those related to commercial leases and non-competition clauses.
Roseline has pleaded cases before the Court of Quebec, the Superior Court, and the Court of Appeal. She is known for her ability to put efficient litigation strategies in place, and has made her mark in alternative dispute resolution. Roseline began her commercial and civil litigation career with a boutique firm, then joined the litigation group of an international law firm.
A member of the Barreau du Québec since 2005, she is a graduate of the University of Sherbrooke.
