Nancy Boyle

Co-leader of BCF’s Labour Law group, Nancy Boyle specializes in employment and labour law. She practises in French and in English. She is at her best when handling complex collective agreement negotiations, disputes resolutions and when dealing with issues related to pension plans and executive compensation.

Nancy represents numerous employers before various administrative and arbitration tribunals, Labour Board proceedings, and the civil courts both federally and provincially. She is regularly involved in human resource planning for large businesses – whether public, semi-public, or private. She brings to the table her expertise in due diligence on acquisitions, and related agreements, mergers, and corporate reorganizations. Her talents as a popularizer and communicator make her an excellent choice for companies outside of Quebec that are dealing with matters involving the civil law.
