Maude Lépine, a member of our Civil and Commercial Litigation group, primarily practises administrative, environmental, municipal, and construction law. She acts in many major cases, most notably in real estate development, environmental regulation, and expropriation matters.
Maude obtained her LL.B. from Université Laval in 2015, having distinguished herself academically by being listed in second place on the Faculty’s Honour Roll. As part of her academic program, she worked as a law student for judges with the Superior Court of Quebec, and at the Criminal and Penal Prosecutions Branch and the Centre de jeunesse de Québec. After completing her professional Bar training, Maude articled with BCF before being sworn in, and was hired by the firm as a lawyer at the beginning of 2017.
