Marc-Étienne Boucher is a member of our Litigation group, his primary practice area being essentially civil and commercial litigation, specifically shareholders’ remedies, extraordinary remedies, injunctions and construction law. He also occasionally handles bankruptcy and insolvency matters, including proceedings under the CCAA.
A member of the Barreau du Québec since 2016, Marc-Étienne obtained his law degree from the Université de Montréal and a certificate in law from the China University of Political Science and Law. In 2014-2015, he clerked for the Honourable Justice Paul Mayer, j.s.c., at the Superior Court of Québec. Before studying law, he studied communications and political science, while also mentoring troubled youth for the Frontier College Foundation.
