A methodical and passionate lawyer, Héléna Gagné advises clients on a wide variety of issues surrounding Canadian taxation, particularly in cross-border contexts.Thanks to her in-depth experience in corporate tax planning and personal and estate planning, Héléna is able to create and implement tax optimization strategies and structures that make it possible to accumulate or transfer wealth while protecting the financial and commercial interests of business owners. As part of her practice, she regularly counsels trustees and directors regarding their duties. She is also regularly consulted about corporate reorganizations and tax and estate planning.
