Recognized for his technical efficiency and his sense of strategy, François Beaudry is a key member of the BCF Litigation group in Montreal. A specialist in commercial law, he assists our clients in all stages of their litigation, from providing strategic advice to representing them before Quebec’s trial courts, the Court of Appeal, and the Province’s administrative tribunals.
In addition to his recognized expertise in contract law, corporate law, competition law and shareholder disputes, François has developed specific expertise in construction law. He advises various contractors, developers and owners in construction and real estate disputes. He also represents several clients in the technology and aviation industries.
With great leadership and remarkable interpersonal skills, François is co-chair of the firm's Succession Plan Committee.
