New Leader to Lead the Restructuring and Insolvency Team
BCF announce that the Restructuring and Insolvency Team is now headed by Bertrand Giroux, previously co-leader of the team. Mtre Giroux has been a partner at BCF for 15 years and has more than 20 years of experience in restructuring; he regularly handles major litigation and restructuring matters.
