• Abacus Seniors Living : Purchase and acquisition financing of the Résidence La Volière situated in Saint-Charles-Borromée;
• All Seniors Care Living Centres : Acquisition and financing of the construction project for the development of additional phases of the Résidence de la Gappe situated in Gatineau;
• All Seniors Care Living Centres : Financing of the acquisition and the construction development project with respect to residences for the elderly situated in Aylmer;
• Masterpiece : Acquisition, financing of the construction and development project for residences for the elderly situated in Pointe-Claire and Nuns’ Island.

Public Sector / Private / Public Partnership
