He practised there for the past 14 years, mainly counselling businesspeople in the areas of civil, commercial and insolvency law. Stéphan also has extensive experience in the class action area. In addition, he has served as a mediator in several civil and commercial cases. Stéphan joined BCF in January 2007. He will be working mainly as part of the litigation team.
